More marathons, help others around me achieve goals. Personal: Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

| Ran the classic. 10 mile warm up. 6 x 1/2 mile intervals with 2 minute recoveries. 36 degrees, Run went OK, although I was feeling tired by the end. Led into a long day of work, but wow I ate for two men today.

Passed a very fat squirrel that should hibernate. A weird guy on a bike wearing a Browns jacket and a guy walking his dog that looked at me like I was insane.

| Good run today. Did the old every other mile at MP. MP miles ranged from 7:38-7:50. Overall 8:32. Satisfied. Plenty of small wildlife on the bike path. Deer are absent, but then again it is hunting season.

| Busiest day of the year for me at work, so not a ton of time. I am pleased I have been able to get back running and my old injuries appear to be just that, old injuries. My goal was and is to get back to the starting line and back to Boston, etc .. blah blah... but I need to do a 5K and see if it hurts as so far the training has been fine, but I lack speed. I mean I always lacked speed, but now I REALLY lack speed. I guess I will see when I try and push something for more than just intervals.
