| We got up early and went to 'The Fair at New Boston'. It is a pretty cool period event here in Ohio. Everything has to be authentic from goods to food based off 1760-1820. I had a nice massive turkey leg that made me happy. I enjoy those things very much.
That led at an afternoon run. 90/68%/68DP. Let's just say I was happy to run a nice easy pace and wrap up 10 miles on the bike path. I looked like I had jumped into the river after the run.

| I think I will have my cake and eat it. Wonderful running weather. 56 Degrees this morning. My legs are still fatigued from all the travels so I just ran 15 miles easy. I did rum them progressively though so the last 7.5 were quite a bit faster than the first 7.5.
I think its time to increase my training load. Just want to avoid injury, but I have felt pretty good this summer.

| AM- 57 degress. 6 mile warm up 6x3 min intervals with 2 min recoveries. Pace 7:22, 7:11, 7:26, 7:43, 7:40, 7:16. While not blazing, it was a good effort. I felt strong after and had energy left in the tank. I had to miss yesterday's run because of work so I wanted today to be more.
PM- 5.2 easy. 9:20. 80 degrees. FYI- 23 degree increase for a same day run makes it warm!

| 67, AF marathon today so the bike path was pretty empty. I forgot my hydration belt and my watch today. Lucky this is a path I run often so I know the markers for milage, but I have no idea the pace. I would guess right around 9. OK run. Slowly taking the weekly miles up.

| AM 61 , nice 4 Easy, 1.25 with Aly, She is starting to train a bit. Wants to do a 5K and maybe half marathon.
PM 82. Warm, but not bad humidity. Like 52%. Lots of walkers then when I got close they would run. Odd. I'd pass anyway, but interesting. I was on the bike path by the river. SO MANY BUGS AND GNATS. So my face was a windshield. Ate a few too. AP 8.43.
