I think I will have my cake and eat it. Wonderful running weather. 56 Degrees this morning. My legs are still fatigued from all the travels so I just ran 15 miles easy. I did rum them progressively though so the last 7.5 were quite a bit faster than the first 7.5.
I think its time to increase my training load. Just want to avoid injury, but I have felt pretty good this summer.
