Qualify for Boston 

Run Boston!  

No injuries and another marathon.

Did I mention avoiding injuries? 

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

Been a long time since I logged a 20. Since Boston actually. Wow it's hard to believe I have been trying to get back for so long. I have certainly lost some of  my edge that is for sure. All in all, good day to do it -58 at the start of the run, cannot ask for much more really. Glad its in and hope to repeat next week. One bright note is my last few miles were the fastest. Nothing to brag about but nice to know I did not have to drag myself across at the end. 2 deer and actually saw a groundhog attempt to climb a tree....

20 miles is definitely something to brag about! Nice run, nice finish. Just thinking about what you've been through with running, it's gotta feel good to be able to go those distances again. The "edge" will come back.

20 miles is amazing! I can't even think of attempting that right now. I wish I could ramp up like you (and some others on the blog) that quickly.
