No injuries and another marathon.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

Running in Chicago last 3, but just got home. Good part was running with others, bad was meetings and they do not run near as far as me so my running is lacking. I would have run more, but with all day meetings it was not possible. Now I am home and there is a wind chill advisory. This is going to be a pathetic mileage week - I hope to get some weekend miles and and build up from there. I will catch up later... I am tired.

With the temps less than 4 and wind chill advisory in the minus category... I opted for a day pass at the rec center about 10 minutes away. They have an indoor track so I could avoid the treadmill, but the track is 1/16th on a mile.... after the first 170 laps I was a little bored... Anyway, I hope things slow down some so I can get my running back on track. I did feel pretty good during the run...
