Back from leading my youth group on a Christian History Trip the past week. I did not log many running miles, but we easily walked 30+ and I ran up all 294 steps of Bunker Hill monument, starting last and beating all the teens up (passing each on in the narrow spirial stairs). Leg burning. As far as history.... let me talk your ear off about George Whitefield some day.

Back at it here, 6 easy -86º hot and humid.

I was there 4/25/14! I did not go up the tower, as my legs were jello.

You can hear all about Whitefield in Savannah, as well. Not as big of a name there as Oglethorpe or Wesley, but fairly prominent.

Tom- Funny you say that. We are planning a south history trip. Oglethorpe & Wesley are why Whitefield came to the colonies in the first place. Bethesda house/home was started by them, still operational today.
