John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
Cool, windy. 7 easy w/11x30s striders. Shaking out the rust still. :)
38º and sunny. Nice day out and toward the end of the run many people were out walking. Ran the bike bath up through Kyle park to Troy. Several fat squirrels cheered me on. 18 easy.
8 on the bike path. Twilight and some deer. Crisp temps
Cold again, after warm up e/o mile was fast, MP ir sub MP.
Snow- 20's - 7 miles. last one faster. Cold is here for at least another week, windchill in the teens and when its 20mph, it is noticed :p
Overall good run though.
Crisp mid 30's but very sunny and little wind. Made for a nice easy Saturday run. Time changes which means it'll be the season for doubles soon. Welcome to the grind I suppose :)
Lots of walkers and a few running groups out to enjoy the day.
6 easy, chilly
8 easy, 32ish and snow squalls in a strong wind.
