I started running in Feb of 2009.

First Marathon- Sept 19,2009 - Wright Patt Air Force Base Marathon.

Qualify for Boston 

Run Boston!  

No injuries and another marathon.

Did I mention avoiding injuries? 

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.  

Personal:

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

Early run. 8 Mile WU then intervals. 6x3 min with 2  min active recoveries. Nice working in the low 40's. I was on the struggle bus with pacing but decent effort. Log days at work.

Simply near perfect running weather. 44º at the start and 56º at the end. All kinds of things going on out at the parks and bike bath. Adopt a park was going on so many people were cleaning up. There was a hospital 5/10k going on. I went  by when the annouced the winner. I think I could have beaten that time. Maybe I should look into that next year :) :p 

Overall nice day. 17 miles with 3 at HMP.
