No injuries and another marathon.

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.
Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

I did it. I managed to take a whole week off running and rested my nagging pulls/injuries. Time to stretch out and build up again. Easy 2 miles... maybe it wasn't so easy. Funny how that is.
On the road for work. Hotel TM - 4 miles. Slow and steady they say.
5 Miles at the hotel TM. Feeling sick- 2 more days on the road.
Blah. Still sick. Still on the TM. Still travelling for work. I will catch up with everyone soon I hope. Sleep... need sleep...
Still fighting the sickness. Muscles, legs just are sore. I can breathe so I can run. Now my youngest is very sick.
