| 5 Recovery miles - 73º and heavy rain! What a relief. Run was slow, but the rain made it just enjoyable.

| AM- 7 Easy. 73º, but all rain baby. 2 for 2 on rainy runs. Slow, but after last week, feeling good.
PM- 78º and yes, more rain, 3 for 3. 7 more, threw in some pick ups since my legs were showing signs of life.

| AM- 73º/95%/72DP Light drizzle for a bit. I'll be heading to Florida today to see my dad. He is pretty sick right now and had surgery. It is at the point where I better make sure I get there in case things turn for the worse.
Tired physically and mentally. 13 Miles. Slow except for miles 8, 10 & 12 (7:45, 7:34, 7:23) not much, but it took everything I had to muster that.
