Qualify for Boston

No injuries and another marathon.

Did I mention avoiding injuries? 

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

70/85%- 12 Miles. The old 10 day before MP run. I just made that up, but it sounded good. Ran the bike path to Triangle Park. A bit humid, then a steady rain for miles 3-8. Then the steam was everywhere and made the last 4 pretty sticky. Saw 4 deer. One ran about an 1/8 mile ahead of me for almost a 1/2 mile. Thought she might be rubbing it in or pacing me. 2 Mile W/U, 10 at MP+ (mile 12 6:59 just because) 7:33/ap

AM- 69º 85% Sunny. Odd that it was lower than yesterday, but felt more wet. Might have been the sun ball. 8+ easy w/13x20s Striders @3k pace or better. 8 days left.
