Qualify for Boston 

Run Boston!  

No injuries and another marathon.

Did I mention avoiding injuries? 

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

Took the last 2 days off running and did mainly core workouts. My groin muscle is giving me trouble again and even was walking with a bit of a limp yesterday. I am not sure what to try next. I will continue to do exercises, use ice and rest when possible, but it is very annoying. Wonderful day to run. AM 8  and PM 4 - great weather as the storms held up for the day. I am trying not to complain, I am thankful for everything, just hard when I want to take things to the next level but get held up by my own body.

What a fun morning to run. It started clear. Nice cool drizzle by mile 4 which turned into a stead heavy ran by mile 6. The last mile and a half were ran in a huge downpour... I loved it!  I wanted to get more miles in today, but it was a busy day.

AM 8 - good run, peaceful morning, a few degrees cooler than yesterday but all dry... 

PM 4 - got a break just before sunset and ran just after the rain and ran with a very bright rainbow! It was vibrant and just made the evening run go very well.
