This has to be my worst run of the year. I simply could not get my legs under me if that makes any sense. I had no strength, legs were sore, no speed, nada. I really had to just trudge. I have felt this way for recovery runs, but that can be expected, I did not expect this for a Saturday run. I can't help but wonder if all the driving (mad my legs stiff) or perhaps the sleep/diet had an effect.
I had one of my youth to council this afternoon so I had to cut a few miles off the run, but that does not bother me, it is a good thing.
