| Traveled to Indiana for work today and then hit the road to southern Tennessee... will be in Alabama early in the AM. So I am beat when I got to the hotel but managed to drag myself to the hated treadmill. Splits- 9:15, 8:34, 8:31, 7:35, 7:31, 6:57, 7:31, 8:45 I hope I can drag myself there again tomorrow. |

| Soon I say, soon I can resume my normal running when this ice is gone. Back to the rec center. My toe has been hurting (big toe left foot) and It may become the 3rd black nail. Oh well. I did not have much in the tank early, but after about 4 miles my legs came back to me. Nothing special, just a good base run. 8:11 pace. |
