Qualify for Boston

No injuries and another marathon.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

I never claimed to understand the weather, but 48 during my run on Jan 30th? Leg is still a bit sore but improved since Saturday so I will take that! 7 slow today. Seriously busy at work, will catch up soon!

52, another great day to run. Started a little slow and had that 'I need to get my running base back' feeling, but then felt a bit better after awhile and finished strong. Legs feel ok, a little sore on the recovery side, but not bad.

38 so a tad colder, but still solid running conditions. Some minor quad pain but I really felt pretty good for the run. Threw in some decent hills on the run and feeling alright. That makes for a good run :)

35, little sleet balls pelting the face for half the run - and I am more than ok with that as I feel pretty good for this run. Nice to hit a double digit again. Hopefully can get some doubles in and get stronger once again.
