More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.
Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

23 degrees, windy with steady snow :) Walked for a mile and a half then ran for 2.5.
Crisp 21 degrees , 3 easy. Slow and steady, feel fine. :)
3 easy. 30 - Trails
44, heat wave! Picked it up for one mile- just testing the waters ever so slow. If these 20 go smooth, I get to try 30. :)
40, mildout. 3 easy, some light foot pain. (nerve related), but otherwise good.
44 mild again. Slow miles but trying to build up nice and smooth. Mild quad pain (nerve), but otherwise good. See what the therapist says this week.
