I started running in Feb of 2009.

First 5K- April 18th, 2009

First Marathon- Sept 19,2009 - Wright Patt Air Force Base Marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for Boston 

Run Boston!  

No injuries and another marathon.

Did I mention avoiding injuries? 

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

still feeling blah, but got some strength back. middle miles i ran 'tempo lite'. Took way too much effort to run those 4 miles at 7:57, either from lack of running or being sick...or both i guess. 

im entering this on my new toy tablet... i mean work tool.

I hate being sick, last week my nose kept running, running, and running. I think it did more running than my legs. Way to tough out the week to keep that base building going.

Sounds like you're coming back strong!

BTW..what type table did you get? I have an Eee Pad and don't really like it that much. You can't cut/paste very easily and several things don't work very well expecially trying to post on this blog.

IJR- We all would like stronger... I have a Blackberry Playbook. I am the type of guy that researches the heck out of things before I buy. I will give ya a longer review after I had it a week so I am not swayed but loving the new toy!
