Well I am back from the massive road trip! What a great time we had, seeing all kids of history and specifically Christian History. I am amazed at how our great country was founded and how much has been forgotten, ignored and frankly hidden.  I have tons of pics, I may share a few, the ones involving the Great Awakening and Freedom Trail are awesome.

Maybe after the running break, I can get motivated again.

AM- 7 - cooler, humid, but cooler

PM -3 not as cool

What do you think you're doing bringing Christianity into a history discussion? You're going to offend someone!

Glad you're back!

IJR- I hear ya! I am absolutely astounded in how much history has been hidden, or forgotten! We went to Newburgh, NY - Where George Washington was baptized in the Hudson river :) Also saw Whitefield crypt where he was buried under the pulpit. Did you know the first Bible printed here in America was printed by.... wait for it... Congress!!! Why?? To be used in the schools!!! It's right in the inside cover. Sigh, I could go on all day!

Allie- Thank you :) It was quite a bit of fun. I am thankful for all we saw.

Sounds like a great trip. I think we're moving toward cooler days too, so that should help with getting more motivated.
