Taylorsville trails and then some bike path. Very nice morning to run. There is mental aspect of increasing mileage that triggers in me. Hard to explain. When I cant run at all, and then can run even just a few miles it is frustrating yet nice to be able to just run- even if a little. Then getting to bump that up does something mentally that I like.... so I'm mental.

How do you like those shoes? I'm guessing they help you with the footstrike you want? Glad to see the 5 miles, that is awesome.

Joe- they are the lightest shoes I own, almost half of the racing flats. They do help, but I am so lazy at times I lose focus and I am sure I am hitting heel... Keep those knees up I tell myself.

Ryan Hall changed his stride, it must be easy...what's your problem?

Ah, hopefully it will start to feel more natural. I've kinda been wanting to try those shoes but zero drop makes me nervous.

Well I showed Ryan Hall how to do it, without trying it myself. I will have to work on it. Yeah the zero drop, so far so good with me- its not that far from your A5's though- right?

Yeah, the type A's are 4mm, same as the kinvaras I think.
