Ran on the bike path close to my house. The ice is gone, but a little snow and a tad cold. I ran progressive splits until the last mile where I just slowed down to cool down. 8:58, 8:52, 8:50, 8:37, 8:15, 8:10, 7:34, 7:20, 8:30 Just a decent run, did not really push myself (did not want to fall again - no ice, but wet and snow can do it). |
