First Marathon- Sept 19,2009 - Wright Patt Air Force Base Marathon.

Qualify for Boston 

Run Boston!  

No injuries and another marathon.

Did I mention avoiding injuries? 

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

How fun! I have been trying to memorize all of the Presidents and some interesting stuff about each of them! You must be super patient and fun to be taking a youth group! You are great Dan!

Supprisingly I was able to run more miles last week while I was on the road and vacation. I'm trying to keep up the pace this week at home :-) Have a fun trip...Do you have ear plugs?

Steam- thanks, you give me too much credit. I have a great youth group and well I am a little crazy to begin with :p

IJR- I do have ear buds? :) I can run when I travel with work, harder when I am responsible for a bunch of teens

Kelli- Sorry :( I am not sure why it did not set- did you put the plastic wrap right on it? It should have set like key lime pie. I need to make sure I did not leave anything out for you... and you are right, phone updating the blog = blah

Dan, I might as well just admit it now---I am the WORST cook! Wait, I actually think that is not a secret. Burt tells everyone (although I did get up at 4 am to make him a Father's Day breakfast before he headed home, so he should not judge! OH, and I mailed him those nummy molasses cookies!)
