Nice day to run in the high 40's. Still windy but good weather. Ran on paths not near the house with some hills. About mile 3 my insides were knotting up! I did not eat anything weird, but I did have two cups of coffee and I usually do not drink it so that must have been in. There just is no cool way to walk out the woods and back on the path is there? They should invest in porta potties. Oh well, felt better after that.

I feel good. Not strong, not fast and not 100%, but I feel good and if that stays the same I will be very happy at this time.

Good is actually GREAT when you're coming off an injury! Glad to see you're still "breathing"!

Good will change into 100% very quickly I think.

Good is great! I find 100% is really hard to achieve when training for marathons.

Glad things are feeling good again.

It's ok to become one with nature every once and awhile...that's what I tell myself anyway.

IJR- you may be right

Flat- I hope you are right

Ham- That sounds right

Joe- Yes, nature, absolutely right
