Nice cool morning to run. I had a little trouble getting my legs going - so I felt sluggish the first few miles. After 4 miles I did some pace work. 6x1 mile - with 1 minute recoveries. 5- 7:07 6- 7:09 7- 7:10 8- 7:12 9- 7:20 <--- entering some decent hills 10- 7:22 <--- almost all uphill (not crazy steep, but uphill)
Did a moderately easy pace to finish up and cool down. Feel decent afterwords, but realized that I did not hydrate at all during. I usually leave water out so I can circle at some point but just did not think about it too much. The cooler weather obviously has something to do with that. I hope my package comes tomorrow :)
