First Marathon- Sept 19,2009 - Wright Patt Air Force Base Marathon.

Qualify for Boston 

Run Boston!  

No injuries and another marathon.

Did I mention avoiding injuries? 

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

Last hot run- 4 miles. Driving back to Ohio first thing tomorrow so it will be more than a full day in the car- the price of vacation. Been a great vacation for relaxing and seeing everything- like a few more dolphins today :)

Hope you had a safe trip and have gotten those legs stretched out! Run like a champion in the morning, will be pulling for you, and know that you will do awesome!! When it starts to feel tough, just think about how gracefully those dolphins glide through the water ... and they can swim 100 miles in a day! :)

Good luck - hopefully the 2-ship of B-1s will make it for the fly-by. I actually looked in to being on one of the crews, but they are using jets bound for Ellsworth (the other B-1 base). Have fun and kick butt!!

All- Thanks for the safe travel thoughts- it was long but most important safe and uneventful drive- I am thankful. Joe- Thanks, I hope to do so and will let you know what does the fly by! Bon- You know you are the best right? Thanks for all the motivation a year ago and appreciate the thoughts. Jon- Thanks a ton, I will be thinking about that Dolphin advice and happy I am not running 100 miles :)
