Down to the track again, a little warm at 76 with a swirling wind. About a 2m warm up and then did my repeats. I wanted to do 12, but the doc has me around 8 so we compromised at 10. I am not sure if it was just warm or the wind gusts or just the day, but I was not feeling it.
