Decent morning to run, was up way early. Ran 10 base miles and then some intervals 6x800@6:25pace w 300m in between, followed with 2 more base miles. I will admit it kicked my butt lol...

Overall a nice day, on the way home from work stopped at the running store. I knew compression socks were not cheap, but man they wanted $60. I guess I do not want them that bad yet :)

Buy them online, they are a bit cheaper!!! I really like them, but it is highway robbery.

Nice job, it is good to have a nice butt-kicking here and there!

OK - Your butt kicking has inspired me to do the same. LOL I really wish I would have done it earlier, but off to run I go...wish me luck. BTW - how did you get that pic to load. I can't seem to get any of my pics to load because I don't know how to make them small enough LOL

Kelli- good call with online. I see the same ones for about $20 off. Still a bit pricey, but I think I will get some sooner than later. Oh and you are correct... some butt-kicking is in order some days! Your turn :p

Cassie- Good!! I am happy about that! I almost txt'ed you a 6am :p

I just re-size them in office picture manager. You can email me any you want and I will re-size them for you and email 'em back.

Maybe I will try some butt-kicking next week...

My favorite place to get running stuff is runningwarehouse.com

Just saw this post - look in the Pharmacy department of your local grocery store. That's where I found mine. And the compression is much better than the $50 ones that I had. I think I paid around $10-12. Note though - I would not run in them because they are more like dress socks (anyway, studies consistently show no benefit to run in them) but I wear them at work or while I sleep. They definitely help with recovery - and the studies do back that up.
