Decent cool morning to run. I started out with the intention to run 16 today. I rarely cut a run short because I feel I can push through. My body just was not responding today and I felt like I better stop or I may actually pull something. I think it is due to the long week and need a little more sleep. What I did run was ok, after 1.5 mile warm up, I wanted to run every other mile at my new MGP (7:15) So miles 2,4,6,8 &10 were at 7:13, 7:13, 7:17, 7:11, 7:09- of course this was meant to be for the whole 16. Oh well, I have been told over and over listen to my body and I felt like today I was.
