Back from Cancun. Good trip, but happy to be home. Did a little easy running with one fast day with some people from work. I was hoping the rest (even with the meetings and travel) would do me well, but my leg still is bothering me more than it should. Monday I will be setting up my PT and hopefully they can get me back sooner than later. I noticed my range of motion is very poor right now as well- I am going to need some yoga and over all stretching as well. Time to see what is going on here :)

Welcome back! Hope you can get it figured out quickly. I guess it's a good sign that you are still running.

Yoga and a massage would do you good :)

What state's two letter postal code is a commonly used interjection?

Sorry, I just played Who Wants To Be a Millionaire on Facebook.

Glad you had a good trip, hopefully the light mileage week & PT visit will get you back running strong and pain free soon ... a little patience can go a long way in getting healthy!

How's the quad doing? Hope it's starting to feel better. Do you have any races planned in the next couple of months?

From Dan on Tue, Oct 18, 2011 at 22:15:36 from 24.209.83.20

Joe- Thanks for the welcome! Cass- You are so right...IJR- I am sure you do... Burt is it... OH! (I hear an IO somewhere). JG- Give me patience and give it to me now. Ham- I have seen better days, I had some 5K's I wanted to do (one today) but they are on hold for now. Hopefully I can get going and race soon. I'd like some late fall PR's.
