Qualify for Boston

No injuries and another marathon.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

Another nice day for a run. 66 and only 59% humidity. So after some of my newly famous Greek Yogurt pancakes I hit the local trails. Today I ran the very winding, hilly, wood&rock steeps and just overall difficult area to get a tough run in. Orange loop x3 and blue loop once. I did have to stop for a moment on lap 3 as there was a baby raccoon on the trail. They are not supposed to be out during the day!? I couldn't get it to move so I jumped over it.  ap 8:34.

Lily- that really is low for here. Last summer we had a streak 0f 23 straight mornings of 100% and it did not rain. Perrysburg is a little over an hour from me! If you ever visit, please let me know- We can do some running of course!
