AM 73/100% 5 Easy miles, up and out early for work. Trying to clear the mind... PM- 85ish- 8.2 Miles w/8x800 (400 recoveries) 6:35, 6:36, 6:40, 6:41, 6:52, 6:41, 7:40, 7:23 - as you can tell I was getting tired and thirsty, those last recoveries were pretty dog slow too. I really just wanted to stretch the legs since Saturday did not go as planned. It's going to be a long week of work. |
