Qualify for Boston

No injuries and another marathon.

Did I mention avoiding injuries? 

More marathons, help others around me achieve goals.

Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

AM- 70/100% tired this am- hit the snooze a few times even. Pretty easy run, threw in 8x20s Strides to try and loosen up the legs. 

PM- 85/90% After work, legs still tired, although I ran too soon after I ate because of incoming storms and I wanted to get the run in. Seeing the clouds roll in from the distance- always reminds me of the awesome creation we are a part of.

Allie- you are always so kind. I do enjoy running and really want to do well this fall, but in some ways feel like I have gone backwards. Hard to put a finger on it. PS- I do *heart* the snooze button!

Love the weather reminders for sure. I was thinking the same at the race this last weekend.

My husband is in Tennessee and he says the humidity is killing him, he can barely run. Who knew it was so hard???

We runners are all amateur weathermen/women. We are out in the weather more than anybody except farmers, and yes I agree it is wonderful.
