Hope things slow down for you at work, I know how painful it can be when there are periods of long hours and stress. Way to continue cranking out the mileage anyway.

Way to keep cranking Dan. Hope you have a good day of work. I can't believe that humidity is 100%! Wow you guys down in Ohio have some thick air!

Ha...ha... I just commented on Rossey's blog about needing some good sleep. You're really hitting some good miles this month!

Nice running! How are you liking the new shoes? Also, how are your Adios holding up after 180 miles? I am thinking about pulling the trigger on getting a pair to start breaking in a little & use for my October marathon.

Joe... tomorrow, things should slow down tomorrow, sounds like you understand. Cass- thanks, we passed , you know that so its good :) Ham- Ohio can be humid, but this year takes that cake, many many 100% mornings. If the temp is low, it's ok, but if you get near or over 70 it's tough. IJR- Thanks- I am earning every one this month with work. JG- Yes! I do like the new shoes, a nice balance of being light yet having some body to it. Good for training. LOVE my Adios - the still look and feel great at 180. The bottom is showing a bit of wear on the heel. I know when I get tired I start to heel strike, but overall I am very happy I bought them. I trained in them for a bit and now I just race in them (mainly marathons with them).

Nice mileage this week! I hope things improve soon at work. I've been stressing lately too with projects at work and teenage turmoil at home. Running is helping me keep what's left of my sanity!
