AM- 55º oh yes... High School track was open so ran a mile w/u there. I was there a few hours before the track and football teams would be using it so that was nice. 10x800M with 400m active recoveries. 3:16, 3:18, 3:21, 3:21, 3:20, 3:17, 3:22, 3:18, 3:20, 3:11 -Was trying the Yasso's even though they have never been accurate for me. Last time I did them before a marathon they predicted I would run a 3:35 and I ran a 3:14. This one was a little better.

you are just a fast marathoner. I get the opposite results when I do them I get 3:05 and my Marathon is 3:24:01.I wish they have our track opened here they have a big sign telling us to stay a way lol.

Yasir- Thanks! I never know if we should make anything out of those runs, but I was curious. I hate when they lock tracks up, we pay for them.
