Married and have two daughters 15 & 21... I hope to convert at least one into a runner :)

AM -55º Easy run. Quiet morning.

Iím glad you survived Mexico. Now you can get in one more solid week of training before starting your taper.
Funny you mention that. I never know how hard to push from days 13-8. I will study your blog and see what you did even though you were preparing for something much bigger.
