75 degrees & 100% humidity oh you know I loved waking up to that... Half trail/Half bike path, sticky- slow run, kept focusing on form. It rained about 15 minutes after my run and cooled it off... figures, but hey heat training is support to pay off more.

Spending part of the evening trying to help my daughter on an expensive DSLR purchase. It's her post graduation/pre-college desire. She has to help in taking wedding photos this fall so she is all in right now.

Nice workout in that thick air down there! Hope the purchase went well!

How you liking those Hattori's? Carefull not to run too many miles in them even if they feel good. I think they were the leading cause of my worn out achilles. The low profile puts more stretch on the achilles, over time it can build up scar tissue. I still run in mine, but very limited mileage now.

We're in that hot humid season too. I hate it when my shoes fill with sweat and start squeaking.

DSLR...?

Sounds pretty sweaty. Great job.

Erik- thanks, and I really do like the shoes. I thought they would be ok, but I like them a lot. The first day or two my calves were a tad sore, but overall I feel perfect in them. Thanks for the advice.

IJR- Digital Single Lens Reflex (aka fancy semi-pro to pro camera) Stop squeaking :)

Burt- We do like to sweat. Thanks!
