31, probably too many clothes. Felt alright, ran the last mile fast to test the old legs out. Seemed ok. I am getting ... well I just want to put in a 70 mile week and hit some speed work. I feel like Boston is going to be brutal.

Dan - as long as you peak around 70-80 3-4 weeks out you should be fine - not sure that you need to ramp up so quickly and/or stay at 70, esp. if you are introducing speed. #1 goal, of course, is to get to the starting line healthy.
