2 Miles. Still trudging. Still not allowed to do more than 2, still not allowed to bike, still not allowed to use an elliptical. However, life is good and I am slowly coming along. A month ago it hurt to run faster than a 9 minute mile. I know my running base is shot and my speed probably as well, but I was able to run these 2 in 15 minutes and it really did not hurt much and recovery was fast so I see progress. I really hope my PT will let me scale up some soon. Thanks everyone for the kind words, I hope to be around more!
