Feeling ok-ish. My left quad is bugging me, but only when I run. Oh the body. Need to get some longer runs in soon.

oh the body -- seriously. i've been plodding along for two weeks while i blame the marathon for my troubles. i think it's time to be recovered now but i can't snap out of it. rapidly aging...

Seriously Allie- I recover so slow. I never get how some people (on this blog) run 5 or 10k's the very week after the marathon. It takes me 3 days to walk normal. You are at least up to 8, I'm struggling... rapidly aging indeed

I always struggle with getting back in a routine after a marathon ... but a couple easy weeks are always good!

IJR- you should just write peoples Blog titles for them :) JG- I hear ya, but as time moves on I am thinking its the quad holding me down instead of the marathon. Ah the joy of running. Flat- good motto, let me know how it works before I try it! Ham- All things being equal, I mostly agree :)
