Feeling ok-ish. My left quad is bugging me, but only when I run. Oh the body. Need to get some longer runs in soon.

oh the body -- seriously. i've been plodding along for two weeks while i blame the marathon for my troubles. i think it's time to be recovered now but i can't snap out of it. rapidly aging...

From Dan on Tue, Oct 04, 2011 at 22:05:12 from

Seriously Allie- I recover so slow. I never get how some people (on this blog) run 5 or 10k's the very week after the marathon. It takes me 3 days to walk normal. You are at least up to 8, I'm struggling... rapidly aging indeed

From I Just Run on Wed, Oct 05, 2011 at 10:43:00 from

Oh... Here's another Blog Title "Oh I hurt, so I Can't run" ... Wait, if that were my Blog Title I'd probably never run :-(

From JG on Wed, Oct 05, 2011 at 22:41:48 from

I always struggle with getting back in a routine after a marathon ... but a couple easy weeks are always good!

From flatlander on Thu, Oct 06, 2011 at 13:16:03 from

My new motto is no whining about age. Worried a little about Allie's age though.

From Hamdog Alum on Thu, Oct 06, 2011 at 22:19:29 from

I feel worse when I run 20 miles vs 90 miles per week.

From Dan on Fri, Oct 07, 2011 at 09:29:08 from

IJR- you should just write peoples Blog titles for them :) JG- I hear ya, but as time moves on I am thinking its the quad holding me down instead of the marathon. Ah the joy of running. Flat- good motto, let me know how it works before I try it! Ham- All things being equal, I mostly agree :)
