I have to be careful for what I ask for! I wanted to finish my training/taper while on vaca and wanted some brutal weather to run in. Well I got it. 81/93%- hot. Sun rose and I wanted to remind my legs of what we will be doing so I ran 4 miles at the hottest part sub MGP (7:09ish/mile). Good run, but I was SOAKED- pool time, college football and beach on the menu... don't you just love vaca? I plan on some beach miles for fun, not really for training :)

Wow, great running in the heat. Should be nice and refreshing when you get back home.

I keep seeing vaca and subbing in "cow." Still agree with your last question either way though!

Great vacation running. We still have some of that humid weather here, if you want I can explain why (jk).
