Sorry for anyone checking in here, was gone and was caught up at the conference. Stumbled around mile 9 and gashed my left bug toe. Lots of blood...

Sorry about the toe, hope it isn't serious. Have been meaning to ask this, but what race is that picture from? You look very wet, so I am assuming it was summer?

HEY MY FRIEND! Hope all is going well. I have an hour to kill so I am finally checking in on everyone. Hope that your BUG toe is ok. What is a BUG toe, anyway?

Flat- Ham is right, that was the Boston picture... right after running through a fire hydrant. It was hot!
IJR- Well put.
Kelli- I am laughing at what auto correct did to my words! It was my big toe, but hey it looks like a bug! I am well, I have been very busy at work and then trying to get people politically aware, so much ignorance. Add that to my total lack of running motivation. Every time I was ready to kill it, my injury would not allow it. Now I am just unmotivated. Have a fix for me? ;)

I think something cold and creamy maybe with some coconut and chocolate involved?
