Nice morning with some good ol' base miles.  Legs were just a little tired after yesterday so it was an easy pace.

Made some Pad Thai for dinner, spicy :) the way I like it. The fam enjoyed it as well so I am sitting here full and ready for the Ohio State game coming on in a few!! O-H!

I-O!

Oh, man, I am laughing as I read this because I was at the exact moment telling my husband on the phone how it is so unfair the the WOMAN has to worry about what to cook for dinner (because i out dinner in the crockpot and went to work without turning it on!!!) I wish you would come over here and make us some of that!

Enjoy the game.

Yum Dan!! You rock! When they ask Dean how spicy he says, "native hot, and tell the chef he's a wimp". Thai sounds good!!

Ha Kelli! I admit I have a huge love of food thus I do enjoy cooking. I prolly cook 2-5 dinners a week, depending how much work has me tied up. I do not know the likely hood of me coming there to cook for your fam, but hey if you're running in Ohio bring them along :)

Bon Bon :) I like Dean lol ... I really like it spicy- and I am man enough to admit I can't handle it sometimes, but I just love the flavor. So yea maybe not native hot lol (I have to steal that expression) but enough to make me appreciate that water - even though I know that water won't cool it down!
