Can't wait to see you in Boston. Looks like you are already running faster than I am though! Dang!

Don't push it too hard...You still have time to build up slowly!

From Hamdog Alum on Sat, Feb 11, 2012 at 23:53:03 from 24.240.65.116

Just keep that base building going, let the speed come to the legs when you're good and healthy. If you don't get much speed in for Boston you're previous fitness and experience will do more for you than you know. #1 goal is to make it to that start line.

You are looking great. I think it was the right thing to do to air it out just a little bit, sometimes you just gotta know where you are at. Hopefully the quads are just a twinge though.

Steam- no worries, I cant hold a pace yet- I still plan on chatting at Boston with ya during the run

IJR- I hear ya, patience is hard

Ham- I think what you said makes sense, but I always hear these stories of how people come back from injury or rest and are faster than ever. I feel slower than ever.

Flat- I felt the need like you said, here is to just twinges
