4 Mile.  Nice 43 degrees. Overall decent feeling. I notice I am running a bit stiff - almost waiting for that severe pain to hit. Thankfully it has not and hopefully I am far enough along in my therapy that it wont come back like that. I am expecting some pain, and can handle that, just do not want a relapse.

I know that feeling. Let's hope that pain never comes.

Keep the nice and easy up for a while and we'll be reading the long blog reports soon! BTW...I just got a pair of Saucony Kinavara-2 yesterday. Do you use your for training runs? I believe DerHammer runs in them all the time. They are much lighter but don't have the support my Sarcony Ride 4 have. I'm wondering if I will be able to use the K2 for everyday training runs (long and short).
