Got my run in - 20s and flurries- and now getting ready for my work meeting. Oh well, at least it is a good meal :) We are going to Mongolian BBQ, do not know if any of you have had it, but it is amazing and you can eat as much as you can. I do overeat on the meat there, but just cannot resist!

allie - it is wonderful!! You pick out your veggies (and most of them have multiple types of tofu, soft, hard, etc) and then you pick out a sauce and then take it to these guys who cook it on a really hot skillet thing (kind of like Benihana). You can then put it over rice, noodles (they have good rice noodles) and eat away. YUM. And depending on what sauce you pick it can be super healthy.

It really is amazing... I do not opt for the really healthy route, I packed a few bowls with ahem... Ribeye, NY Strip, Shrimp, Mahi Mahi, Crab, Potato, Sprouts and an egg! Tons of food! I also Opt for a sauce combo (you put it together yourself - soy sauce, Kung Pao, Peanut, Chili, Ginger and Brown Sugar.. YUM)
