6x1 Mile Repeats 5x1 Mile repeats w/1/4 mile active recoveries. I need to do these away from hills next time. Rolling hills @ cloud park with some sharp inclines made this a decent workout. 3 Mile WU and then the repeats. Set out for 6, but the hills and effort wore me down that the 6th one would have been too poor an effort. Off to work, busy day.
